Yes. All payments to Chilli Melon are processed through a secure server as we are PCI DSS compliant. Your card and personal data are encrypted through our payment provider Payment Sense.
Refunds are only available on the card used for purchase.

Chilli Melon will only store your email addresses, but not passwords. Plus we store all information that is required to produce and deliver your item efficiently and quickly. We do not store any personal credit/debit card and Paypal details.

How the cards are made
The cards are pre-printed and ready to be despatched on the same day as your order.
Our cards are A5 size – 148 x 210mm.
We use high level thick board on a matt silk stock, so that the card is stiff and sturdy. With quality printed graphics and illustrations.
No matter the delivery address, you will receive a large envelope, which will contain an additional blank diamond flapped envelope.
We accept all the major credit cards and we also provide our customers with the option of paying through Paypal.
We deliver internationally for both standard customers and for trade customers.
Special Delivery is faster and more secure. The item needs to be signed for by the recipient.
No, the post office cannot guarantee your item will be delivered on a Saturday. It is best advised to despatch your item a couple of days in advance of a Saturday.
Once you have created your card. The postage costs will be shown in your basket.
The postage and packaging cost quoted in the shopping cart covers the cost of 1st class postage (or Special Delivery), envelope(s) order handling, packing and deliver is included.
Yes. Cards can be sent to either yourself or directly to the recipient.

Very easy. It is a simple 4 step process, which includes a ‘quick shop’ option, where you can speedily add items to your basket.
All faulty items can be sent to Chilli Melon Ltd, 83 Spencer Road, Caterham, Surrey, CR3 5LF. You will need to provide proof of your receipt too.
Within 7 working days of receipt for your item.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, you may return them to Us at your own cost within 7 calendar days of receipt if you send us the proof of purchase. We will refund you the price you paid for the item(s) and the cost of postage to the credit/debit card that the payment was made from.
Yes, your item will be replaced if there is a manufacturing fault.
