Ordering our fab multicultural cards through the Chilli Melon online store has never been easier for our everyday customers. It is literally easy as 1, 2, 3, 4 and here’s how,

It’s that simple! And now even overseas customers can get involved by browsing our entire online collection – yes, we have gone international, yipee!

All customers can make secure payments, as Chilli Melon is PCI DSS compliant and therefore safe payments can be made through our accredited merchant system Payment Sense.

Trade Customers

Trade customers can order by phone or through our online store.

Once registered, all Chilli Melon account holders will gain access to our trade section, where they can select items which are exclusively priced for trade customers only. Customers can either ‘quick shop’ by adding items to their basket whilst browsing, or they can view the specific details of a particular item.

Once a trade customer has completed his/her order, then they will receive an order confirmation by email detailing the items ordered. Remember, there is no need for online payments and therefore orders will be processed in the standard way. The first 3 orders will be raised on a pro-forma payment basis. After this, payment is required within 30 days of invoicing on approved accounts.
